Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your payment is processed on Shopify, the worlds biggest eCommerce, and most secure shopping platform.
We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE TO SHIP THE ORDERS?
All US orders are delivered via FedEx. For all other countries, we use the standard/government mailing system of the specific country.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Due to the high demand of some of our products, orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once the tracking number is available.
CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed. If you didn't receive your tracking number within the time frame below, please contact our helpful support team.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?
The shipping time to US is 6-16 business days.

For shoes and bags, if it has not arrived in 30 days please contact our support team through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We apologize for this inconvenience. We’d be delighted to help you right away by offering a free replacement order.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER OR ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?
Unfortunately, it is difficult to change your order or the shipping address once it has been placed. We aim to deliver the best products and services for you, so our warehouse is processing orders within a few hours of receiving them.
If a change is absolutely necessary please contact us within 3 hours max from when the order is placed and we will do our best to help out.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY SOCKS?
Socks can be machine washed on 30°C, they can be put in the dryer but cannot be ironed.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
